PNI WORLD WIDE UVL9110 Review: Bought this to use with Shellac. Noticed other reviewers had issues with hardening. I cure 2min with base coat (expensive salon machines are 30sec). I cure the top coat for 6 min (salon 2 min). Is sticky to the touch but they will harden once you wipe them with 99% alcohol with a paper towel. Follow up with a drop of nail oil then wash hands.
